I want to move my site from one server to another server. Should I copy all the files ?
Is there any tip to help me reduce the amount of file that I move?

You should be able to create a mysql dump using phpmyadmin and zip the files and download that using filezilla sftp option.

I have my current server in amazon ec2 linux instance. I want to move it to cpanel based hosting as I feel difficult to work with ec2.
