Maintenance mode not working | Forum

I put my site in maintenance mode. The maintenance page did not come up. So, I turned on OW_DEV_MODE in the config file thinking perhaps the cache needed to be cleared. Still getting an index page.

Dear Wally and Steffen, try signing out ( if you are loged in as a user or admin). Maintenance page should appear once you do so. If this doesn't help, let me know.
