I've saw this on several Oxwall powered sites, and it's on mine. It only shows for guest view, and I don't want it there..what is this bar for?

Dear Jake, this bar appears when you have Debug Mode turned on in /ow_includes/config.php . Just turn it off.

How do I do that? Do I remove the ! from the false on debug mode?

Dear Jake, yes, just remove !. So that you have following line there: define('OW_DEBUG_MODE', false);
