Hello, we are using the extra theme, and have noticed (as members keep reporting it) that once a user creates a profile on our site and submits it, it redirects to a black screen. On the computer or on mobile app, the user has to go in and clear their browser history / cache or else every time they go back to the site even if they shut the window down, it keeps coming up with a black screen. Once they clear their browser, then it works fine... 

anyone know what this could be?
