then check Cookie Plugin and there you can set text to display

That pops up, however, when the cookie thing displayed at the bottom it said something like cookinfo+cookie (text) then a cookies_accept box, how to change the text for that, or did the plugin not upload properly, I uploaded via ftp.

Hello,
What translations plugin to all languages would that be? Isn't that part of the core, and not a plugin? When ever I first installed this it gave a invalid_key_something and then a error500 page, after I refreshed the page it showed as activated but didn't seem to be functioning properly.
