a) on Valid OAuth Redirect URIs you must set http://YOURSITEADDRESS.COM/instagramwidget/access, you must add permissions: instagram_graph_user_profile, instagram_graph_user_media

b) after create App, copy client id and client secret and paste on plugin settings

c) Api must be accepted by Instagram Staff, otherwise is on sandbox mode, where it can use only users which you add on roles tab

3) admin can add widget to profile page on administration, then all users can add photos from instagram account, when they set instagram account id
