And if the user set privacy_action_view_my_feed as friends_only, I think MAIN PAGE's newsfeed should not display this member's commnet.

I think if one user block another user, blocked user should not be able to view activity.

You should have a roles classification. I did not find other solution, dedicated only for one user.
