Dear,When I tried to change my cpanel's password with its sql server's and webmail's the main working site then ask for whole new installation!Timely Password change is necessary for security reason. What should a webmaster do to change password of cpanel?Please give a step by step instruction for same.

I can't see how changing the password for your cpanel would affect the connection between the files and the SQL. What relationship does your cpanel account have with the files and sql? Have you tried changing it back to see if it reappeared?

ya I tried it thrice but if we change the password it (when typed the site url) then it puts the installation process page. :(

It takes you to installation cos you change mysql db password (Cpanel changed it).Set new Mysql db password in ow_includes/config.php

would cpanel change the password of the dbuser because maybe using a default user linked to cpanel?Would it not be better to create a new dbuser and attach to the db that doesn't change? At least when you change the pwd of cpanel the site remains ok. You can reset the dbuser later and adjust config.php whenever…
