Hello,

I am completely new to all of this and looking around for help. In Win is possible to open the program, but when I select the file I want to open, the process takes around 20 minutes. During this time there is a message and a progress bar saying that the file is being optimized.

When the file is finally open it doesn’t work properly, for example if I select a document I can’t see the content. After that the program doesn’t respond anymore. I've checked windows explainer videos  but I don't see how to solve this without formatting the USB drive.I have reinstalled the driver for Windows, but the problem continues.I went through many resources but did not find any solution for this issues. Please help me out.
