The plugin works with 1.8.4. It basically allows you to use the video embed code, or video url. It also allows you to select the thumbnail quality.
Not all videos have higher quality thumbnails, so if you select a setting to high, it will just show a default image placeholder for the video.
You use to be able to use it for free, but the license validation will not allow you to install it without a license since it is a paid plugin.

So, I have acustomer need post video, off. Not only use the video embed code. You see any informations about this update ?

As mentioned above; the plugin let's you use the standard embed, or you can use the url. This is not for personal video uploads.
