ya, but some time not work properly those time this problems available, & not received second time reset code if first code is not used.

Can you send me screen shot of your CRON settings? and confirm whether you are using SMTP to send out email.

for password change mail , if first reset mail received by user but wrongly deleted without use , then they are not received second time reset code mail.

Roshan, cron is purposely not set up on our demo.
I have tested on my own installation and was able to reset my password again in 10 minutes.
Will be waiting for SSH access details from you.
