I was trying to make a backup of my Oxwall (skadate) website before making modifications and did an FTP transfer to achieve that. Roughly half-way through the connection was dropped and the Imunify360 Captcha software blocks any attempt to connect now, whether through FTP or the admin panel. How can I disable captcha temporarily or permanently whitelist my IP?
