Hi,
You can change the text here [your_website]/admin/settings/languages
Just search for a text like "Tell us a few words about yourself and" and you will find the textarea where you will be able to change it

Can you change this to days instead of hours and how do you add the credit?

Unfortunately it will require small code modification. Now it works with hours only and there is no option in admin area to switch to days
