People are registering on my new site but none has so far uploaded any form media (photos,videos etc.
Is there a way I can induce them to do this?

Suggest them too. Upload your own to show them how it works. Find a couple good ones on youtube and upload them. Think outside the box.

The word "FREE" appears on the user Profile Avatar. I know I did this but I have forgotten the process to remove it. This is my site http://personals.bookerzmedia.com. I don't want this inscription on the profiles.
