After the update, favicon does not appear again.
What can I do?

Its not an issue of reuploading. It should have not gone after the upgrade. Thats the issue :)

I have uploaded it several times, but it simply doesn't show up.

Try enabling DEV and DEBUG mode in the config.php file to refresh the server cache.
