The footer logo is called the attribution.  In order to remove that you must first donate to Oxwall $50.  Then your domain will be added to the list which you can check yourself and then you may remove the attribution.  If you remove the attribution illegally you will not be afforded any kind of support on the forum here.

Now as per the lost account, you can write the moderation team at moderation_team@oxwall.com  and give them as much information as you can regarding your old account.  If they can verify you as the owner they will let you know how to access the account.

I paid the 50.00 and i dont see my site there does it take some time?

Yes dale give them a few days at least, the team is limited on staff. If your domain is not on the list by wed of this next week then contact the moderation team.
