This does not appear to be working, I also tried the following variations with no success either.
#about_me_widget_input
textarea#about_me_widget_input
textarea[name=about_me]
textarea[id=about_me_widget_input]

Plugin override default oxwall wysiwyg editor,
on about me widget you dont have this editor by default.
you can add ckeditor using css attributtes (id, class, etc), editor is enabled after the page is loaded, but when you edit about me info, then DOM is changing and plugin for now dont register changing DOM structure
maybe add this option in next version
