Please go to Admin > Language Settings and select the plugin "Support Center+" in the drop down and edit any text strings you wish to change. Those two should be enabled for editing.

I have posted an update for the plugin. To change the "Top Articles" tag, search for "Top Articles" in the language settings. It's text string is "top_articles_label."

The header that says "tickets" uses the text string department_ticket_list which can be found when searching for "Tickets."
