which means that the needed phrase is missing

I checked the install.sql file and found these parms. :

(19086, 1, 4783, 'Username successfully added'),

and

(4783, 1, 'restrictedusernames_username_added'),

There is not any phrase to say:

 'Username successfully deleted'
