Pete, can you try adding "-f" in your command after "php" : ....php -f /home/sites.....and etc.
If this doesn't help can you PM me your SSH access details. Thank you.

I removed some of the plugins and its ok now.Tried adding -f but did not work ,tried all othere cron job settings without any luck.
