Please do not repost the same question in many forums. You will surely can not follow up on all when something is replied. I would suggest you to delete the others.

Go to the other posts and click "Delete" link present.
The plugin is not available for download in the store. You need to do custom code modifications.
PS: No issues on your English. English is not my native language too :)

Mushegh, currently the closest to "reviews" plug in is this one http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/319 .
