how can i active it on datebase? i click photos and after i try to save it. it is saying "setting didnt change"

someone will help me the resolve this problem? i have 30.000 members i can't remove and install again newfeeds. i did it before 2 times but videos and photos are removing.

Check httpd and ow error logs and check ownership and permissions of oxwall filesystem. Post logs here and I might help...
