There are many problems in the IM chat plugin. Whenever any one send me a message, the message wouldn't show until I refresh the page but this happens only sometimes. But sometimes it happens like that the chat does not show the messages sent to me. And is it possible to save the messages in the mailbox like in facebook? i really need that.

Nirmaya, I have just tested IM chat on your site and wasn't able to reproduce the issue. We need more information ( when, in which browser, which users, how man users were online at that time and etc. ) to check what could have caused the issue.
Saving messages in mailbox can be done via custom code modification.
