Although i set 1 conversation for free role and 4 conversations for vip, the free users can send unlimited chats

I think it is cron issue, it working for one time and not working again

there are a lot of possible problems why the plugin does't work on your site (e.g - you use outdated version of the skadate, you use some of custom plugins which make conflicts ).
