After installation I get this message. Explain to me what it is and how to remove it. Thanks for the support.

You have to use an adequate version of PHP with OxWall, higher than 5.6x, most plugins will generate this type of warnings. They are not mistakes, just notices. You can ignore them, but do not be surprised if you get erratic behavior on your website.

Maybe you can try Chamial thats is fork of oxwall but then php 7.2 ready and updated libraries.
