I am the admin. I am talking about the page which all users will see before logging in… I want to put birthday section and want to put join now section above news feed, which in between news feed and the wall now .and want to remove some of the sections

Login as admin and go to this main page as admin. Click "Customize". You will be able to change component's positions here :)
