Please, this is my second question! i can change the meta keywords but i can't find where to change the meta description!? i checked the language setting but can't find it!?

pretty sure it's in admin, languages, navigation section, I think you can also add stuff in admin, main settings section using meta tags

Hicham, Abbey is right. It is located in languages.
For example if you have: "Comminuty" as a meta description, then search for "community" keyword in languages.
Text key: {text key='nav+page_default_description'}
