when I add a new discussion in the forum by inserting image clicking on the upload,it has been updated correctly on the post, but the thumbnail is not coming in the wall(news feed)

Surendra, I am not sure what you mean. When you add an image to the forum discussion, it in fact should not appear anywhere in the newsfeed. That is how this plugin works. Can you send screen shot of what you mean by "thumbnail". Thank you.

See the attachments. I have done a post in the forum with an image, but in the main page thumb is not appearing

Thank you for the screen shots. Images posted withing the forum discussion should not appear as thumbnails. That is how this plugin works.
