In admin language search for The Wall or Wall do you have a value in this key
comments_widget_label ? If you know how to search the key you can just do that also.
I want to see if it is there and the text is just empty... then we can go from here.

Interesting i was not aware there was a way to delete that other than by DB. Do you have an idea how it went missing, have you been editing the DB at all?

Looks like the record id 321 is missing from your ow_base_component_place try to readd it exactly as i have mine in the first example
see if that works...
then in the other table you see mine is set to 1 for clonable, set yours the same, i see that it is 0 now

how did you add it via the query option?
can you take another screen shot of both for me please.

try clearing your cache, not sure if that will help but lets try then check it again to see if it came back or not
