Maybe he is closing his store or its just a paypal issue. I have not heard anything on my end about the situation with ross account. 

I think you are right because all of ross themes come up with the same message.

Sounds to me like he removed his paypal address from the product file or put in a fake address so noone could buy anymore of them while keeping the people with keys able to still use what they bought.   This is one way to do it i guess if your leaving and dont want to close the store.
