How do I block pictures posted on my website from non members? Right now anyone can see pictures.

If you are referring to pictures uploaded via "Photo" plug in then you will need to go to admin panel>Pages and Menus>Pages and Menus> hove the mouse over "Photo" menu item> click "Edit"> check only "Visible for registered members" checkbox. This will hide "Photo" menu item from guest visitors.
