thank you the problem was solved thanks to Norias who gave me the information

tu peux trouver le fichier manquant là https://www.tiny.cloud/get-tiny/language-packages/

En le mettant dans /ow_plugins/tinymcepro/static/js/tinymce/langs/

puis en vidant le cache, l'erreur devrait disparaitre.
