How do I prevent the chat window from being shown on the mobile anymore. I want you to go straight to the message page. As attached image.

Try this setting in the message plugin:
yoursite.com/admin/plugins/mailbox
I don't know if that's what you're looking for, your question is not very specific.

No, I do not want the chat window to open in the browser, in the corner of the screen, but that when clicking when receiving a message notification it will be redirected directly to the page www.mysite.com/messages
As shown in the attached images. I want you to go straight to the message page and not open the window (as shown in the "Janela" image)
