Fixed all the minor errors I've been reported.
All code has been rewritten to increase loading speed, which is critical when DEBUG is enabled.
Modified the functions of reordering items in the administration panel
Checked to be compatible with Skadate.

You can now appoint moderators and the moderators also have access to the functions of the plugin.
Moderators do not need to have access to your website's control panel.
You cannot log in to accounts that have this privilege, unless this moderator also has it.
