questions and general questions about Oxwall account, the community, and
software. This has nothing to do with the forum as the forum is
provided for more overall community questions, errors, and other
challenges you may have. Please keep using the forum as you have been.

if you have questions about your store item, approval process and other store related questions.
Also please use the support email
support at oxwall dot org
if you have questions about your Oxwall account, the community, or Oxwall Software.
Please do not PM me or another moderator with subjects that need to go through the proper channels and please use the emails provide above.
1. This will allow any supervisor to have access to the conversation and help as needed.
2. We often need a papertrail of official documentation for these procedures and PM is not an official channel.
3. Moderators share the workload and so we need
to capture the current situation of the issue and comments of the other
moderators, this cannot be done via personal PM.
The team is here to assist you an way we can.
If you have a question and do not know the proper channel or where to
turn then yes you can use PM and we can direct you to the proper
channel. We ask that you continue to use such proper channels for those
issues going forward.
