Eg: looking for: Daily needs, dairy product, grocery items, stationary, fresh vegetables, transport service, home delivery, doctors checkup, medicine etc
-- also if possible those who are tagged with above rcv a email notification.

Hello, I don't usually make very complex plugins, since I like to keep my plugins 100% functional and I don't have much free time lately.
-It does not work in the native version of oxwall, however if its design is responsive if it is seen.
-Search for help or food, it is a good idea, but at the moment I am somewhat complicated in other personal projects. Maybe later I will add it.
-The user has an option to expose his experience with covid, he can use it to ask for help, since the other users can respond in that publication.
