To be fair to developers and give them a chance to work with customers to correct the issue. We will give the developer 10 days to reply to the customers service request in the plugin support section or by PM.
If the developer does not reply in 10 days which is more than fair, then the customer will re-submit the review and as long as it meets these requirements

it will be approved.
The customer will have to prove by screenshot that they attempted to contact you if it is by PM, and by link if in support area request.
Also this goes for replies as well, if the developer only acknowledges the support request and the customer has more questions, the developer again has 10 days to reply. If we see abuse of this policy where as a developer only replies every 10 days we will address that issue seperately and harshly and as a violation of the developers requirements. This will be at our discretion and on a per case basis.
