It's desktop version on mobile.
I can see header background image on desktop.
Any ideas for solving this problem?

Headers and other images usually dont get coded into mobile views. It takes up needed space,, it cost money for that space (some phone plans have limits) and they are mostly not necessary. And they would have to be resized for mobile. So that is why most headers and other images are not shown on mobile versions. :)
