What's the point of asking questions about plugin issues versus themes, if these questions aren't answered or are no longer answered.?
In our case, remove the conflicting plugin and start using other usage settings on that website.!
We don't like how developers deal with customers.

If they do not answer your questions and you see this as pattern on that product (them not answering questions), then report it and we can have a look. We will attempt to contact them ourselves or we will suspend the item until they take it seriously that they have a job to do.
When they cannot make money it tends to get their attention.
