Newsfeed is, by default, not supported on OXWALL Mobile version. Does it mean that by purchasing this plug in it will be supported on mobile and allow for users tagging?

newsfeed is supported on mobile version, when you visit your profile on mobile version, then you can add statuses and on this place you can use newsfeed friends
