Modification is possible when a certain amount of cropping is made during image upload.
A suitable addition method to the Oxwall core plan will slightly change your visuals.
What you can do is set the original size of the image to download.
The cause of the black area in your image may also be a virus. The image may have been painted before.
Some viruses can disrupt media and images. I suggest you do a scan on this issue.
As a result we all use oxwall and this is a rare case.
I always trust Dave buddy information but I don't think it is related to the extension of the image.
Mutemel status image has been tampered with, the device contains a virus.

This just recently started occurring on my sites as well. Same install as years ago... never a problem, then suddenly... this.
