I have an issue on my site where a profile is disappearing without warning. Anyone know why and possible solution?

You have two options:
1) Modify the script in such a way that you prevent them from being unsubscribed.
2) Install this plugin https://developers.oxwall.com/store/item/1018
Request the reason for the cancellation and send you an email.
