You can simply do it in all theme's masterpages, in graphite theme, there are:

Try looking through the CSS for that.  Failing that it may be some hard custom coding needed.

Editing the footer file is quite petite. First of all, if you are using WordPress as a platform, then it hardly takes one minute to do it. In your WordPress, you have to visit the Appearances, then click on customize button. There you can see the change footer option click on it and change it accordingly.
