I have two members that have issues navigating my site, in that the dropdown menu for the profile doesn't pop up, clicking on mail and it doesn't load the page, nothing happens. It's also impossible to reset their page as the reset page doesn't respond to clicking or customize this page button, much like the cog on a custom html module.

Anyone had similiar issues?
