Do you mean this (http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/308) plugin? Or do you want comments to be displayed in the Newsfeed? But they're already displayed there. Specify your request with more details please.

That would require custom code modification to be performed. Try checking through the Newsfeed and Photos plugins in order to find out what code to modify.

I cannot provide you with any instructions. According to this (http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/6082) topic, you are supposed to ask specific code questions and not instructions on how to add a feature or modify a feature on your site.
And all video comments are already displayed in the Newsfeed.
