i have a question...i have the clubbing theme and when i put the news feed in the side bar it slows the website down by maybe 10-15 seconds when going from page to page,but when i move the new feed from side bar and place it in a different section the website speed is good is there anyway to adjust this because the news feed on side bar is what i need most any ideas on this
