In which file that Url made for all the newsfeed item that show on User Profile Page... Like

Kaushik, there isn't one single file where URL's are generated. For example, if you are talking about "are now friends" then the URL of this action for the newsfeed is generated within the "Friends" plugin. If it is something that deals with photos, then URL is generated within "Photo" plugin.
URL generation is not a simple process that can be described in two words. We are planing to create a manual regarding this in future.
