We need a great criminal defense lawyer. Arrest for assault. The man who struck was emotionally abused by the man he had been beating all his life. I hope that this is enough for the case to be dismissed. No other incidents of violence or any records. A sweet, gentle man who snapped and struck one blow. Hope that everything ended well for you back then! This was such a long time ago, but this story is still common.
I had to get my elder brother out of military court because some mean officer wanted to accuse him of something that he did not do. The offices committed fraud and wanted to find a scapegoat.
