We are located in the UK and are powered by a 240v mains.
We have replaced all the lights in our house with LED ceiling panels.

This is pretty much standard equipment for our entire home, with the exception of our kitchen, which is equipped with a 50-80 W x2 dual controller.
The problem we are facing is that two panels, the kitchen and one of the above, seem to go into standby mode at the 4th power-up.
All of them have three lighting modes: Bright/Warm/ Dim, they can be changed using a radio frequency remote control or by turning on and off the light switch.
They have been working fine for several years without any problems, but recently the kitchen light and one of the above have developed a 4th setting (standby mode), so you turn them on and off to switch between settings, and instead of switching back to bright from dim, the LEDs flicker slightly and then it goes in standby mode, you can use the remote control at this moment to turn it on, etc., but to switch from dim to bright requires an additional push of the switch.
I have tried new controllers, tried switching existing controllers from other light sources that are not affected by this problem, and new tna switches.
I thought it might have something to do with power consumption, but it doesn't make much sense because the affected light sources are the 1st and last on the channel, and 2 more in between are working fine.
The two affected light sources have controllers from different manufacturers and several LED strips, one of which has a single power of 30-60 watts (5 LED strips), and the other has a double power of 50-80 watts x2 (5 LED strips per output).
I just bought a new dual controller to see if it makes any difference, but it will take some time.
Has anyone else encountered this problem or do you have any ideas what could be causing it?

The whole thing looks really dangerous, and I would ask the landlord to find someone to fix it. It can cause a fire in the building anytime, and it is not a pleasant thing to deal with.
Also, the lights do not look well to me. They are probably too old and broken. You might consider purchasing the new ones and installing them around the house. They make some good LEDs that are easy to install and use in any room.
