After update from 1.4 to 1.5 i only get :
as an Admin (Still log in):

as a USER/VISITOR (not log in)
Error 500
Internal Server Error.

Was the update successfull? It looks like some DB change are wrong. Or may be corrupted.

Please let me know how to create origin theme database -> ow_base_theme for origin theme or the way to solve the problem above...?

This Problem is SOLVED
(I am Still Log in)
I open the page: site.com/ow_updates and Click Yes
automatically redirect me to the admin panel....
